Return Process

Step 1: Start Return
Log in to your account, go to 'My Orders', select the items you wish to return, and follow the prompts to generate a return ID.

Step 2: Pack Item
Place the product in its original packaging along with all bills, tags, and accessories to ensure a smooth verification process.

Step 3: Courier Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your door within 48 hours to collect the package. Keep your phone ready for the OTP.

Step 4: Get Refunded
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Details
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Indian fulfillment center, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to facilitate a secure bank transfer or provide store credit as per your preference.
